What TILPS Provides:
- Replenishes the plant with fresh soil
- Checks for root rot and pests
- Water and Fertilizer if needed
TILPS Is Not Liable For:
- If the plant isn’t currently being properly cared for, which may slow down the growth process or completely kill the plant.
- The plant goes into shock and dies after repotting.
Give the plant at least 2 weeks to readjust itself to the new soil and conditions.
No refunds or replacement plants will be given if your plant dies.

Understanding that plants are living beings that require care and sometimes may not adapt well to their new environments, we have crafted a refund policy to be accommodating while ensuring the sustainability of our business.
14 Day Return Process:
If your plant fails to thrive despite following the care instructions provided, please reach out to TILPS within this period, via social media, bringing the plant back in the shop, or email. Provide a photo of the plant and a brief explanation of the care it has received.
After reviewing the plant, TILPS will offer a one-time opportunity to repot the plant, plant therapy if available, or a replacement plant.
Please note that this guarantee does not cover plants that have been neglected or damaged due to improper care by the customer or its playful pets.
For all returns, whether for an exchange or plant help/care, please contact TILPS within 14 days of purchase.
For non-plant items (such as pots, tools, accessories) can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided they are in unused, original condition.
Proof of purchase with a receipt is required for all returns, exchanges, or plant care.
